[faq_item q="What can we expect to do during the week?" a="Each of our events have their unique quirks and we always throw in a few surprises along the way. With weather being a big deciding factor for our events, we can't always guarantee what events will happen more than a few days in advance. Either way, you better prepare for an unforgettable experience. Some of our favourite activities are: mountain jacuzzis, night skiing, torch-light descents, pond-skimming, our own Oktoberfest, long table lunches, heli-skiing, mountain yoga classes. We will try to include as many of these as possible in your week." id="1" /] [faq_item q="How do I book ski rental and airport transfers?" a="Once you have made your booking, both ski rentals and airport transfers (if available) can be booked from your TSW profile." id="2" /] [faq_item q="How do I sign up to dinners, jacuzzis and other après-ski activities?" a="Most activities can only be signed up for once you arrive at the event. Some, however will be released for booking 1 month prior to start of the event and will be sent out to you together with the full programme release." id="3" /] [faq_item q="When will the event programme be released?" a="1 month before the event starts. At this time you will also get access to our Day8 app with full programme." id="4" /] [faq_item q="What costs for food and drinks can I expect fom the week?" a="Food and drinks are not included in the ticket price. Typically you'll have breakfast at home in your apartment/RV, lunch on the mountain and then dinner at a restaurant or home depending on your mood that day. Typical costs for the destination you are travelling to are available in the arrival information which you have access to from the moment you book." id="5" /] [faq_item q="When will I receive the itinerary?" a="We will send out an arrival document two weeks prior to the start of the event.
