The Ski Week has planned some incredible activities & awesome adventures to immerse you in the local culture as much as possible. All activities that must be booked and paid in advance will be available to purchase on your TSW booking profile. Take our word for it, you don’t want to miss out! Think now, not when.

Bubbles and Brunch
What’s better than a hot and hearty breakfast on a chilly winter morning? Well, in our view, pairing that meal with champagne! Join us mid-week at the top of the mountain for bubbles & brunch amongst new friends. Sip mimosas and true European espresso while you enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of the Obertauern Alps.

Other details: Includes equipment hire, breakfast and of course, champagne. Conveniently scheduled so you can hit the slopes after!
Oktoberfest
Shed your outer layers and embrace the traditional bavarian garb - that means one thing and one thing only, Oktoberfest is here! Close out The Ski Week Austria with an authentic private dinner in a legendary mountainside ski Alm, where the walls are as old as the village itself. Sing german drinking songs with a full stomach and fuller heart, and look back on a week of new friends, epic victories, and world class adventures.

Skijoring
‘Dashing through the snow, behind one horse pulling skis…’ 🎵 🎶 … okay so that’s maybe not how the song goes, but it shows you how totally unique, yet totally wacky this must-try experience is. This one can only be described as a marriage of water skiing and horseback riding, with a bit of an obstacle course to get through. You really have to see it to believe it… or better yet, try it!

Snowshoe Hike & Dine
Venture off the beaten track led by our TSW guides on an alpine snowshoe retreat. Depart at dusk and immerse yourself in the wilderness of the backcountry to areas only reachable by snowshoe! Of course, an explorer builds up an appetite on every venture - come inside the Almrausch and onto the hearth, to be welcomed by supper and steins!

Other details: Includes equipment hire and TSW guide. Dinner available to order on arrival. Hike duration is around an 1 - 1.5 hours and open to all ability levels.

Lederhosen / Dirndl: For Oktoberfest closing party
In keeping with long standing tradition, we choose to wear only traditional german celebratory garb for the Oktoberfest. High quality lederhosen and dirndl rentals are available to collect on site, reserve yours here! Rental cost: €30. Collect in resort on Friday.Fancy faux & majestic: For Mountain Banquet
Think alpine chic, meets game of thrones, meets eccentric bohemian style. Floor length fur cloaks, chunky knitted sweaters, bavarian style headpieces and creative outfitting are welcome for the open-air Mountain Banquet. Animal onesies, and novelty gimmicks are not. See here for some style inspiration! 80s Après-ski: For Kringsalm Let's go back to the days of metal bands and big hair, grab some leg warmers, muscle shirts, or acid wash to wear.Grab those leg warmers and tease up that hair, tonight is the night for acid wash wear! Think Cyndi Lauper, think neon leotards, think the most epic 80s après-ski party… need we say more?
Alpine Adventurer: For all activities where you'll be working up a sweat A theme of its own, we love our Gore-Tex so we decided to make it a theme. Look good both on and off the slopes by dressing in appropriate alpine & athletic gear. Bring extra layers for activities like snowshoeing, nordic skiing & other adventures. Check out our fave outfits here! And don't forget to include those waterproof winter boots or winter hiking boots with grip!
